To help us enable truly remote work for enterprises, our development team is looking for people with the right mix of passion for new technologies and hands-on experience in Unity development. In general, on your typical work day as a Unity Developer you will:
- Plan and implement feature functionality in Unity
- Transform design specification into functional games
- Communicate with other team members and report to senior members of the Unity team
- Establish an effective strategy and development pipeline
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code
- Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games
- Identify process and application bottlenecks as well as bugs
- Propose and implement solutions in a timely manner
An ideal candidate has:
- 3+ years of experience working with Unity
- Experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles
- Experience with game physics, VR/AR and mobile development
- Experience in optimizing memory and space usage
- Experience in implementing automated testing platforms
- Proficient knowledge of code versioning tools (i.e. Git, SVN)
